Privacy Policy

Overview

Voxaro turns speech into clear, ready-to-send writing. This Privacy Policy explains how Voxaro handles information when you use the Voxaro app, website, and related services.

We designed Voxaro around a strict zero-retention policy for dictated content. Your dictated audio, transcripts, prompts, drafts, and generated text are processed only to complete your request. Voxaro does not store that dictated content and does not use it to train AI models.

Information We Process

Depending on how you use Voxaro, we may process:

• Dictated audio, transcripts, prompts, tone instructions, language instructions, drafts, and generated text, solely to provide the requested dictation, rewriting, or translation feature.
• Basic app and device information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service, such as app version, device type, crash information, and coarse diagnostics.
• Information you choose to send us, such as your email address and message content when you request access, support, or feedback.

AI Model Providers

Voxaro uses AI models and infrastructure provided by OpenAI and other trusted providers to transform speech into polished text. When dictated content is sent to these providers, it is sent only to complete the feature you requested.

We configure and require our providers to process dictated content under privacy and data-protection controls consistent with this policy, including no model training from dictated content.

Zero Retention for Dictated Content

Voxaro does not retain dictated audio, transcripts, prompts, drafts, or generated writing after the request is completed. Because dictated content is not stored by Voxaro, there may be no stored copy for us to provide, export, correct, or delete after processing completes.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide dictation, rewriting, tone adjustment, and translation;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Voxaro;
• respond to support, access, and feedback requests;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use dictated content to train AI models.
• We do not use dictated content for advertising.
• We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Voxaro, including AI model providers, hosting providers, security providers, analytics or diagnostics providers, and customer support tools. These providers may use information only to provide services to Voxaro and must protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or Voxaro, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

App Store Privacy Details

Apple requires developers to provide privacy details in App Store Connect, including the data types collected by the app and by integrated third-party partners. Voxaro's App Store privacy answers should match the app's current implementation. Dictated content is processed transiently to provide app functionality and is not stored by Voxaro.

Retention

Dictated content is not retained after processing completes. Support emails, access requests, diagnostics, and business records may be retained for as long as needed to provide support, operate the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide dictated content or support messages. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information that Voxaro stores by contacting us. For dictated content processed under zero retention, Voxaro generally does not have a stored copy after the request completes.

Children

Voxaro is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by law in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

Voxaro and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice as required by law.
