Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Voxaro, the Voxaro website, and related services. By using Voxaro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Voxaro.

Apple App Store Terms

If you download Voxaro from the Apple App Store, your app license is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless Voxaro provides a custom EULA through App Store Connect. These Terms supplement that Apple license and govern Voxaro's services, AI features, website, and support.

Voxaro, not Apple, is responsible for Voxaro, its content, support, and maintenance. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Voxaro.

What Voxaro Does

Voxaro helps you turn spoken thoughts into clearer text, including dictation, rewriting, tone adjustment, structuring, and translation. AI features may be provided using models and infrastructure from OpenAI and other trusted providers.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the audio, text, prompts, drafts, and other content you provide to Voxaro. You grant Voxaro a limited permission to process your content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

Voxaro applies a strict zero-retention policy for dictated content. Dictated audio, transcripts, prompts, drafts, and generated text are processed only to complete your request and are not stored by Voxaro or used to train AI models.

AI Output

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing output before sending, publishing, or relying on it. Voxaro is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Voxaro to:

• violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
• create, upload, or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or compromise Voxaro;
• misrepresent AI-generated output as reviewed professional advice;
• use Voxaro in a way that could harm Voxaro, users, providers, or the public.

Privacy

Your use of Voxaro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process dictated content, provider processing, zero retention, and user choices.

Accounts, Access, and Availability

Voxaro may be offered through early access, invite-only access, free features, paid features, or subscription features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for Voxaro, other users, providers, or the public.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If Voxaro offers paid features through the Apple App Store, purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, refund, cancellation, and subscription rules. You can manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Third-Party Services

Voxaro may depend on third-party services, including AI model providers, hosting providers, diagnostics providers, and Apple platform services. Voxaro is not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we choose providers that support the operation, security, and privacy posture described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Voxaro, including its design, software, branding, and website, is owned by Voxaro or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Voxaro's intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as allowed by these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer

Voxaro is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxaro disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of Voxaro.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Voxaro harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Voxaro, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice as required by law. Continued use of Voxaro after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Voxaro is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
